Requirements

5+ years of field marketing experience, ideally within the hospitality industry.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects at once and prioritize effectively.
Thorough understanding of marketing strategies and analytics, public relations and communications, social media platforms, and web/blogging.
Strong interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and collaborative approach.
Ability to take ownership of projects and lead initiatives proactively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build strong relationships with vendors, partners, agencies, and other stakeholders.
Ability to work on-site and meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
