Job Summary
Own the local marketing engine for a hospitality property, concentrating on strategy, activations, partnerships, and cross-channel execution that tie to annual plans and budgets.
- Marketing Strategy: Own property-level campaigns, activations with F&B, and PR coordination across channels.
- Partnerships & Local Outreach: Build community ties and local partnerships to drive awareness and demand.
- Performance & Insights: Track campaign results, monitor competitors, and surface actionable improvements for the team.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement property-level marketing strategies aligned with annual business plans and budgets.
- Collaborate with F&B teams to create on-brand activations and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate PR efforts, digital updates, email marketing, and advertising needs with agency and internal teams.
- Lead local partnerships and community outreach initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, competitor activity, and market trends.
- Participate in strategy and marketing calls, providing actionable insights and follow-ups.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hospitality marketing experience
- Strong writing, communication, and project management skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and CRM platforms
- Ability to travel as needed
- Creative, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset
