Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketing strategy across digital, in-store, and local channels
• Lead performance marketing across Meta, Google, SMS/MMS, email marketing, and CRM platforms
• Drive campaigns that directly support store traffic, sales, customer acquisition, and seasonal promotions
• Oversee brand positioning for luxury jewelry, resale, and financial services
• Manage marketing budget with a strong focus on ROI, forecasting, performance accountability, and resource allocation
• Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other reporting tools to analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and opportunities for optimization
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, website performance, and customer acquisition
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize digital strategies based on data-driven insights
• Create and present marketing reports, campaign results, and strategic recommendations to leadership
• Work closely with store leadership and operations to align messaging and promotions across locations

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of marketing experience, including leadership responsibility
• Strong background in retail, luxury, or high-volume consumer-facing businesses
• Proven experience in performance marketing across Meta, Google, CRM, email, SMS/MMS, and digital advertising channels
• Hands-on experience with GA4, SEO strategy, digital analytics, and marketing performance measurement
• Experience developing and executing integrated email, SMS, and MMS marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into business decisions
• Experience managing marketing budgets with a strong understanding of ROI, forecasting, and financial accountability
• Experience managing external agencies, vendors, and media partners
• Demonstrated ability to tie marketing activity directly to revenue outcomes and business growth
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate strategy, results, and recommendations to leadership
