Job Description

Responsibilities
    The Director Marketing will be the primary US marketing leader and a key member of the US commercial team, responsible for building and executing the US launch and growth strategy for Egetis’s first US launch.
    This highly visible, hands-on role will establish core US Marketing competences, with a focus on digital capabilities to establish impactful omnichannel strategies, while leading end-to-end planning and execution of brand strategies and tactics for both HCPs and patients.
    This individual will join a small, nimble and energetic organization that requires excellent communication, organization and collaboration skills.
    Reporting to the Head of Commercial (US) this individual will have the ability to make meaningful impact on the growth of the organization.
    Own the US brand strategy and positioning for Egetis product, grounded in deep understanding of disease area, customer segments, and the treatment landscape.
    Lead the annual US brand planning process including objectives, target segments, key messages, and tactical roadmap across HCP, patient/caregiver, and advocacy audiences.
    Support the US prelaunch and launch planning efforts, ensuring crossfunctional alignment on milestones, critical path, and organizational readiness.
    Assist in regularly assessing commercial key performance indicators to identify gaps and drive course corrections.
    Develop and execute integrated promotional tools and campaigns across digital platforms, in-person tools, P2P, congresses and patient facing initiatives.
    Drive unbranded disease education to increase disease awareness and support earlier suspicion and diagnosis.
    Develop innovative, insightdriven HCP engagement strategies to expand disease understanding, its diagnostic journey, and Egetis product value proposition.
    Lead congress and society/association strategy and execution (booths, symposia, materials, satellite events, digital extensions).
    Partner with Patient Services and external advocacy organizations to gain patient/caregiver insights and assistin the development of patient specific programs
    High engagement and collaboration with the Key Account Manager (Sales) team to ensure consistent and optimized delivery of branded messaging and programs
    Lead the development and optimization offield tools (detail aids, leavebehinds, digital assets, training content) to support effective HCP engagement.
    Gather and synthesize field and market insights to refine strategy, inform new tactical approaches, and identify competitive dynamics.
    Monitor key marketing, sales, and market metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, translating findings into clear actions.
    Lead the execution of market research such as message testing, patient journey work and HCP qualitative research.
    Support forecasting inputs and scenario planning with Commercial, Finance, and Market Access.
    Lead ongoing collaboration with Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Patient Services to anticipate and address market challenges.
Requirements
    Degree in business administration or life science required; advanced degree is a plus
    8+ years of US pharma/biotech experience, including at least 3 years in rare disease marketing, prior experience in pediatric endocrinology and/or neurology a plus
    Proven launch experience, with a track recordof successfully planning and executing HCP and/or patient focused brand launches in rare disease.
    Experience working in a small company or a start-up environment, comfortable operating with limited infrastructure.
    Experience working with Veeva CRM and Veeva Promomats
    This role will follow a hybrid work model – you will be required to work on-site a set number of days each week in the Boston, MA office and expectations may evolve based on business needs.
    Willingness to travel up to~25% (customer visits, congresses, field rides and internal meetings)
