Job Summary

Own and scale real-time marketing analytics and measurement across AI Marketing, Corporate Marketing, and Public Affairs, turning data into actionable guidance for multi-region campaigns and executive decisions.

Measurement & Analytics: Build high-frequency models and dashboards to optimize campaigns and report outcomes.
Cross-functional Leadership: Align Product, Research, and Marketing teams, mentor a ~15-person data team, and influence strategy with senior leaders.
Thought leadership: Amplify analytics impact through Meta’s community, paid media strategies, and recruiting efforts.
