Job Description

Drive a Director-level Marketing and Communications program to support organizational strategy, fundraising, and community impact.

  • Plan and implement marketing campaign programs, short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by working personally and with team members/vendors.
  • Develop and implement a strategic marketing and communications plan and forecast in support of organizational strategy and objectives.
  • Oversee corporate communications through internal/external systems, PR efforts and external vendors/consultants.
  • Ensure consistent articulation of desired image, position, and message internally and externally.
  • Develop and manage marketing operating budgets and maintain control to meet objectives within budgets.
  • Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust strategy to changing market/competitive positions.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and strategic partners.
  • Oversee editorial direction, design, production, and distribution of all organization publications.
  • Coordinate media interest and maintain regular contact with target media and respond to media requests.
  • Utilize best-in-class technology capabilities for attainment of desired results.
