Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of marketing communications.
Strategy development for marketing communications.
Creating press releases and managing media relations.
Overseeing public relations initiatives.
Crafting and executing marketing campaigns.
Ensuring clear and cohesive messaging.
Building relationships with external partners and stakeholders to drive Synergy Financial Group’s brand visibility and reputation.

Requirements

Expertise in Marketing Communications and Marketing strategy
Proficiency in creating and managing Press Releases and Media Relations
Strong experience in Public Relations and stakeholder engagement
Proven ability to lead and execute results-driven marketing initiatives
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics is a plus
