Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual marketing and communications plans that support the Bank’s strategic goals and business initiatives.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns that promote the Bank’s products, services, and community involvement.
• Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements based on data, customer insights, and market trends.
• Oversee corporate communications, including executive communications, media relations, public relations, and crisis communications.
• Direct the creation and production of all marketing collateral, advertising, publications, digital content, photography, video, and promotional materials.
• Oversee the Bank’s website, social media platforms, email marketing, digital advertising, and online presence.
• Evaluate customer feedback and partner with business leaders to identify opportunities that improve the client experience and strengthen customer loyalty.
• Manage the Bank’s community relations strategy, sponsorship communications, philanthropy, and community event promotions.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of and advise lines of business on short and long-term market trends, competitor activity & sales opportunities within the portfolio and our operating footprint.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field required.
• 8-10 years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, communications, or brand management required.
• 5-8 years of leadership experience overseeing marketing and communications functions required.

Preferred

• Master’s degree preferred.
• Financial services or community banking experience preferred.
• Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing, corporate communications, branding, and public relations preferred.
