Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive annual marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals, seasonal priorities, and cultural moments
  • Lead cross-functional planning and execution of internal and external campaigns
  • Oversee digital marketing strategy, including newsletters, segmentation, and automation
  • Drive paid and organic social media strategy focused on growth, engagement, e-commerce, and philanthropy
  • Ensure brand consistency across messaging, media, and communications
  • Partner with national organizations to align and leverage broader brand initiatives
  • Manage and optimize the annual marketing budget
  • Lead website strategy, content updates, and user experience improvements
  • Oversee production of high-quality print and digital materials
  • Develop and execute digital advertising strategies with strong ROI tracking

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 7-10+ years of omni-channel marketing experience
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring creative or marketing teams
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute and deliver results
  • Expertise in paid and organic social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Demonstrated success in campaign analytics, performance tracking, and optimization
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and resources effectively
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and project management skills
  • Ability to translate complex information into compelling, audience-focused messaging

Preferred

  • Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
  • Bilingual in Spanish
