Job Summary

Job Description

  • Responsibilities: Own marketing and PR strategy to enhance internal and external image while coordinating communications across channels.
  • Responsibilities: Build and sustain media relationships with newspapers, TV, radio, and online outlets; coordinate media interest and respond to requests as the agency’s media representative with the President.
  • Responsibilities: Design and oversee production of CEO promotional publications and marketing materials, including newsletters, annual reports, brochures, videos, photos, banners, and apparel.
  • Responsibilities: Oversee website direction and intranet updates to communicate the agency image and CEO messaging.
  • Responsibilities: Ensure brand consistency across print, electronic, and other formats and assist with event photography for CEO programming promotion.
  • Responsibilities: Prepare written and oral presentations for public delivery as directed.
  • Responsibilities: Support fundraising marketing activities as requested.
  • Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years in communications, PR, and marketing.
  • Requirements: Excellent writing and communication skills; highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Requirements: Valid driver’s license and vehicle access; authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Preferred: Website management and graphic design experience.
