Job Description

Responsibilities\n- Serve as the day-to-day liaison to the agency of record, coordinating digital advertising, paid social, and brand campaigns from brief through execution and reporting. Hold the agency accountable to timelines, budget, and results.\n- Own and manage Freedom's social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, and others), building content calendars, producing and scheduling posts, growing engaged audiences, and ensuring every channel leads with the Freedom Senior Services masterbrand.\n- Plan and manage community sponsorships, events, and marketing materials, including ESL and multicultural community engagement, reflecting the cultural competency that differentiates Freedom in the diverse communities we serve.\n- Stand up and manage Freedom's reputation management program, including Google Business Profiles, online reviews, and ratings across all locations. Build the workflow for monitoring, responding, and improving Freedom's online reputation at the location level.\n- Set up, configure, and maintain the company CRM (HubSpot), building the foundation for referral-source tracking, marketing pipeline, lead management, and reporting. Own data integrity and adoption as the system scales.\n- Partner with the Chief Information Officer to evaluate, pilot, and deploy evolving AI tools and marketing technology platforms that automate and scale client acquisition and the customer journey, including lead capture, nurture, referral follow-up, content production, and reporting. Bring marketing fluency with these tools and continuously surface new ones that increase output and lower cost per acquisition.\n- Handle light internal communications, translating company news and operational changes into clear, affirming messaging for a largely field-based, multilingual workforce.\n- Partner with the Head of EPL & ESL Outreach and the outreach teams to support referral-source marketing, collateral, and campaigns that drive census growth across home care, adult day, IDD, and veterans service lines.\n- Track and report on marketing and pipeline performance, presenting results and recommendations directly to executive leadership.\n-
