Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the firm's overall marketing and brand strategy.
- Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
- Lead social media strategy, content planning, and brand messaging.
- Collaborate with advisors to support their marketing efforts while maintaining brand consistency and compliance standards.
- Manage relationships with external marketing vendors, creative partners, and industry resources.
- Oversee website content, email marketing campaigns, digital advertising, and client communications.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support recruitment, advisor growth initiatives, client retention efforts, and community engagement activities.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with company branding and regulatory requirements.
