Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives. Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Recruit, coach and oversee the marketing team to achieve performance goals. Build a cohesive and high-performing marketing team.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Drive brand awareness and member growth through targeted and effective campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth. Conduct regular market research.
• Foster strong cross-departmental relationships to drive integrated marketing initiatives. Communicate marketing strategies and results throughout the credit union.
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
• Attend select community events as a brand representative, ensuring strong public engagement.
• Will actively engage in needs-based selling.

Requirements

• College degree required.
• 5-7 years of similar or related experience.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for ads, emails, and social media
• Experience in social media content creation and community engagement.
• Basic to intermediate graphic design skills.
• Experience managing multi-channel digital ad campaigns with a strong ROI focus.
• Advanced CRM automation expertise, particularly in HubSpot.
• Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs.
• Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in emergency situation.
• Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator.
• Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary.
• Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management.
• Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, government regulations, general financial reports and compliance documents.
