Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Mix Modeling & Optimization: design and operationalize MMM frameworks (Linear and Bayesian) to quantify channel impact and translate findings into budget plans and scenario simulations.
  • Omnichannel Analytics: measure and optimize integrated channels (digital, personal promotion, EHR, programmatic, social, email) and build attribution frameworks.
  • Customer Segmentation & Lifetime Value: develop segmentation models and CLV to inform investment priorities and long-term portfolio planning.
  • Campaign Analytics & Measurement Framework: manage pilots, Brand Lift studies, A/B tests, and incrementality experiments with standardized design.
  • Agentic AI Transformation: drive AI-assisted analytics with Claude, Codex, and other tools to automate insights and end-to-end measurement workflows.
  • Marketing 360 Dashboard Ownership: own the dashboard design, data pipelines, KPI definitions, governance, and evolution to predictive insights.
  • Stakeholder Management: partner with Media, Brand, and Marketing Hub to translate objectives into analytical roadmaps and communicate insights clearly.
  • Team & Vendor Leadership: lead the Data Science team, collaborate with IM, and manage external analytics vendors for rigor and delivery.
  • Research & Innovation: stay ahead in Bayesian methods, causal inference, agentic AI architectures, and scale innovations in measurement.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Marketing, or related quantitative field.
  • 9+ years in marketing analytics with deep, hands-on MMM (Linear & Bayesian), segmentation, CLV, and omnichannel measurement.
  • Pharmaceutical or healthcare analytics experience strongly preferred.
  • AI & Innovation Mindset: demonstrated motivation to transform marketing analytics with GenAI and hands-on use of Claude/Codex.
  • Measurement Framework Expertise: knowledge of linear and Bayesian MMM, multi-touch attribution, incrementality, and experimental design.
  • Technical Skills: Python, R, SAS or similar; Bayesian libraries (PyMC, Stan, NumPyro); data viz (Power BI, Tableau); familiarity with LangChain or agentic orchestration platforms is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: strong statistical and causal modeling abilities applied to marketing decisions.
  • Communication: ability to translate complex modeling and AI concepts for non-technical and executive audiences.
  • Attention to Detail; Project Management: meticulous, with ability to lead multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

  • Pharmaceutical or healthcare analytics experience strongly preferred.
