  • Platform Mastery: 8+ years of hands-on and architectural leadership within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, MobileConnect, Contact Builder/Data Extensions, AMPscript, and integrations with core CRMs and CDPs.
  • Strategic & Analytical Acumen: Proven track record designing multi-channel A/B and multivariate testing programs, full-funnel CRO, multi-touch attribution modeling, and customer segmentation strategies.

  • Leadership & Influence: Demonstrated ability to manage, develop, and scale marketing talent, with executive presence and proven influence across C-level executives, technical teams, and cross-functional partners.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience; relevant Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Consultant or Email Specialist) preferred.

Preferred

  • Strategic & Commercial Mindset: Balances high-level commercial strategy with deep technical understanding; relentlessly focused on ROI, unit economics, and customer value creation.
  • Data-Informed Challenger: Proactively uses data, predictive insights, and rigorous testing methodologies to challenge legacy assumptions and drive continuous innovation.
  • Executive Communicator: Synthesizes complex technical workflows and attribution data into concise, actionable strategic narratives for executive leadership.
  • Resilient & Adaptable Leader: Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, guiding teams through operational scale with clarity, calm leadership, and high standards of excellence.
