  • Growth ownership: broker/MSO relationships, enrollment projections, and churn via a growth dashboard.
  • Channel & partnerships: build with brokers, FMOs, health plans, and community orgs to increase MA enrollment.
  • Execution & storytelling: translate Stars/HEDIS outcomes into broker/community narratives and drive co marketing events.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard net-new broker relationships with demonstrated Medicare Advantage book of business in target geographies
  • Build and maintain community referral pipelines through senior centers, CBOs, faith organizations, pharmacies, and ancillary providers
  • Own and update the growth dashboard — tracking membership trends, broker attribution, geo-penetration, and churn on a regular cadence
  • Surface provider-side issues identified through broker and plan relationships and facilitate resolution through MSO operational and clinical teams
  • Identify and recruit prospective providers to join the network, coordinating with operations to support onboarding and credentialing
  • Represent Akido at broker events, community health fairs, enrollment events, and culturally-targeted outreach programs across SoCal
  • Collaborate with quality and clinical teams to translate Stars and HEDIS performance into broker- and community-facing value narratives
  • Support payer contracting leadership with market intelligence, competitive analysis, and enrollment projections
  • Present monthly growth performance to senior leadership with variance analysis and forward-looking recommendations

  • Proven track record building and managing a business development pipeline with measurable enrollment outcomes
  • Ability to build and own growth pipeline models and enrollment forecasts
  • Comfortable working across MSO, medical group, finance, and payer contracting teams
  • Experience with CRM tools, enrollment reporting, or health plan portals
