Job Summary

Own homeschool growth by shaping brand, full-funnel strategy, and scalable partnerships, with a data-driven, test-led approach and a high-performing team at the core.

  • Growth Engine: own full-funnel activation from email and social to paid media, search, display, and partnerships.
  • Partnerships & Brand: expand affiliate networks while refining brand positioning, messaging, and content strategy.
  • Ops & Leadership: define KPIs, dashboards, drive testing culture, and recruit and mentor a high-performing team.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall homeschool marketing strategy.
  • Manage annual marketing plans, budgets, and performance goals.
  • Lead brand positioning, messaging, and content strategy.
  • Drive growth across: Email marketing and automation, Organic and paid social media, Search, display, and retargeting campaigns, Affiliate, influencer, and partnership programs, Events and community engagement.
  • Expand affiliate and strategic partnership networks.
  • Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
  • Foster a data-driven culture of testing and optimization.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7+ years of DTC marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of the homeschool education market
  • Proven success growing eCommerce revenue through multi-channel marketing
  • Experience managing and developing marketing teams
  • Expertise in affiliate and partnership marketing
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills
  • HubSpot (required)
  • WooCommerce or other eCommerce platforms
  • WordPress CMS
  • AI-powered marketing tools (Copilot, Liminal, etc.)

  • Deep homeschool market expertise
  • Strong eCommerce growth experience
  • Ability to build scalable marketing programs that drive revenue and brand leadership
