Job Summary

Owns end-to-end growth and lifecycle marketing for enterprise segments, translating market insights into ABM, digital-channel strategies, and data-driven measurement that drive pipeline and account value.

  • Lead end-to-end customer journey across priority segments to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Direct ABM to deepen engagement with target accounts and increase density.
  • Build and govern marketing automation, CRM in Dynamics, and measurement frameworks to link activities to revenue.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Growth & Lifecycle: Lead end-to-end customer journey across priority segments to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • ABM Strategy: Direct Account-Based Marketing to strengthen engagement with target accounts and increase account density.
  • Digital Channels: Oversee strategy and performance of owned digital channels, including the corporate website and email ecosystem, to drive engagement, conversion, and pipeline growth.
  • MarTech & CRM: Establish and maintain marketing automation and CRM strategy within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem to ensure data integrity, operational efficiency, and performance visibility.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Develop measurement frameworks and reporting processes to evaluate marketing’s contribution to pipeline generation, account penetration, and revenue growth.
  • Market Insights: Assess market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategy and content development priorities.
  • Content & Assets: Guide the development and prioritization of high-value marketing assets (e.g., industry reports, case studies, white papers) that support strategic growth initiatives.
  • Service Line Growth: Support expansion and retention of key service lines, including Onsites, Advanced Primary Care, and Telemedicine, through targeted engagement strategies and content deployment.
  • Brand & Positioning: Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging that reinforces Concentra’s leadership as a workforce health partner.
  • People & Teams: Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing marketing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Analytics, Digital Marketing, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent education and experience).
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in a complex B2B or enterprise environment.
  • Experience leading strategic marketing initiatives that drive measurable growth in pipeline, revenue, or customer engagement.
  • Experience implementing or optimizing marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, preferably within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem or comparable platforms.
  • Proven success designing and managing customer lifecycle marketing strategies that improve retention and account lifetime value.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Revenue Operations teams to align marketing strategy with business objectives; experience building and developing high-growth marketing teams.
