Responsibilities

• Own and lead end-to-end paid acquisition strategy and execution across search, social, and emerging channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, X) for B2B healthcare and health technology clients.
• Lead the development, execution, and optimization of paid media programs that drive qualified pipeline, MQLs, SQLs, demos, and revenue through data-driven experimentation and continuous optimization.
• Define and oversee experimentation roadmaps across audiences, messaging, creative, landing pages, bidding strategies, and channel mix to accelerate client growth and uncover new opportunities.
• Establish and evolve attribution frameworks, conversion tracking, and marketing technology integrations that connect paid media performance to pipeline, revenue, and business outcomes.
• Lead the development and evolution of ideal customer profiles (ICPs), personas, and audience segmentation strategies using performance data, market insights, and customer behavior.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, translating complex campaign and funnel performance into clear, actionable recommendations that inform marketing investment and growth strategy.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with creative teams and external partners to develop high-performing creative strategies, messaging frameworks, and testing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and oversee influencer marketing, creator partnerships, sponsored content, and digital partnership programs that drive awareness, engagement, and demand generation, while ensuring brand alignment, regulatory compliance, and measurable performance.
• Oversee media budget planning, forecasting, pacing, and performance management across client accounts, ensuring efficient allocation of investment and achievement of client goals.
• Define and oversee executive reporting and performance dashboards that measure results across the full funnel– from impressions and clicks through pipeline, revenue, and ROI.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, paid media, or digital marketing, preferably in B2B healthcare, health tech, or SaaS
• Experience managing campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid media platforms
• Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, paid acquisition, and conversion optimization
• Experience with marketing analytics, attribution, and performance reporting
• Excellent project management and communication skills with experience working directly with clients

• Experience leveraging AI-powered marketing tools is a plus
