Role Description

The Director of Financial Operations will oversee and optimize the organization's financial functions and daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and financial health. Responsibilities include managing financial planning and budgeting, analyzing financial data, managing operational processes, and leading a team in the execution of financial strategies. This is a full-time remote position requiring collaboration across departments to ensure operational success and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Operations Management and Team Management skills to oversee financial processes and lead teams effectively
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and optimize decisions
• Proficiency in Budgeting and planning to support strategic financial decisions
• Excellent Customer Service abilities to maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred
• Proven experience in financial or operational leadership roles, preferably in regulated industries
• Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset
