Job Description

Responsibilities

  • - Lead experiential projects and client relationships day-to-day, ensuring strong delivery, client satisfaction, retention, and continued engagement.
  • - Serve as a trusted strategic counselor to clients, building confidence through thoughtful guidance, dependable leadership, and consistently strong work.
  • - Lead a large client account with multiple initiatives running concurrently; experience in the beauty space is a plus, but not required.
  • - Develop experiential strategies in collaboration with senior leadership and interdisciplinary peers across influencer marketing, earned media, paid media, creative, and other capabilities.
  • - Maintain routine, clear client communication and keep senior leadership informed of campaign progress, changes in strategy or budget, emerging risks, and opportunities.
  • - Ensure project teams understand client objectives and are delivering efficiently against clear goals and expectations.
  • - Develop breakthrough, culturally relevant experiential strategies and creative concepts that communicate client positioning, drive measurable impact, and generate conversation, social sharing, and earned media.
  • - Translate client objectives into executable programs with clear KPIs and measurement plans.
  • - Lead experiential projects of varying sizes, formats, and budgets from initial concept through post-production, adapting your level of involvement based on the needs and complexity of each program.
  • - Oversee multiple concurrent programs, providing senior production leadership, guiding execution, and stepping in to troubleshoot when needed.

Requirements

  • - 7–9 years of experience leading multichannel projects across in-person activations and digital experiences.
  • - experience managing client relationships, concepting standout experiences that drive social conversation and press coverage, overseeing technical execution, managing complex timelines and large budgets, and developing talented producers.
  • - Experience working with clients / brands within fashion and/or beauty is highly valued for this role.
  • - This role will serve as the senior day-to-day lead across experiential accounts and projects, connecting creative ideas and production plans to clients’ broader brand and business objectives.
  • - The right candidate knows how to lead a campaign from ideation through post-production and can project manage in their sleep.
  • - Must be prepared to travel domestically and internationally as needed for event execution.
  • - Note: This role is based in our New York or Los Angeles office, working two days a week in the office on a hybrid schedule.

  • - Creativity & Cultural Fluency: You are a bold, resourceful thinker who translates cultural insights into ownable, experience-led concepts. You understand what makes an experience worth attending and sharing and know how to sharpen ideas while proactively identifying potential executional challenges. You stay abreast of what’s trending on social, and ideally have at least 2-3 years of experience working directly with beauty and/or fashion brands.
  • - Integrated Thinking: You understand how experiential can work alongside earned media, influencer marketing, paid media, and other disciplines to create cohesive programs that are stronger than the sum of their parts.
  • - Presentation Skills: You are a confident and persuasive presenter who communicates ideas with clarity, builds trust, and contributes meaningfully to new business opportunities.
