Responsibilities

As a Director, you lead the experiential production function, setting standards, building teams, and ensuring best-in-class delivery across all projects. You are business minded and balance strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in major campaigns, ensuring production is fully integrated into the creative process and agency output.
Oversee all experiential production projects across the client portfolio in partnership with the department’s leads
Establish and implement production standards, processes, and best practices.
Ensure consistent quality and execution across all work.
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing production team.
Oversee staffing, resource allocation, and team structure.
Approve high-level budgets, schedules, and resourcing plans.
Ensure financial discipline and operational efficiency.
Serve as senior production advisor on complex activations.
Partner with account, strategy, and creative on integrated campaigns.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in experiential or integrated production.
Demonstrated leadership of teams and large-scale activations.
Strong knowledge of fabrication, logistics, and show production.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
