Job Description

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end strategy for company stores and digital programs.
Define standards, frameworks, and best practices for program launches and ongoing management.
Evaluate and recommend e-commerce platforms, tools, vendors, and integrations.
Ensure programs are designed for scalability, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
Develop standardized store types, pricing models, intake requirements, and launch playbooks.
Partner with Operations and Fulfillment to design effective inventory, print-on-demand, and hybrid fulfillment models.
Continuously improve program profitability, operational efficiency, and client experience.
Participate in client discovery and internal planning meetings to ensure feasibility and alignment.
Support Sales by translating technical and operational considerations into clear, sellable solutions.
Identify and mitigate risks related to fulfillment, shipping, integrations, and program complexity prior to launch.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital programs, or related operational or technical roles.
Demonstrated experience launching and managing e-commerce or transactional websites.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Strong proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
Experience working with fulfillment, inventory, and order management workflows.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred

Experience within promotional products, branded merchandise, or agency environments.
Familiarity with automation tools, APIs, and integration platforms.
Experience supporting multi-location, franchise, or B2B purchasing programs.
Background working with SaaS vendors and third-party service providers.
