Job Description

Responsibilities
  • The Director of Digital Media is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC, responsible for leading the college’s digital media strategy and presence.
  • This role oversees planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across web, social, and other online channels to strengthen brand awareness, enrollment marketing, and community engagement.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing digital media plans, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners, supervising content creation and placement, and monitoring performance analytics to inform decisions.
  • The Director ensures consistent messaging and visual identity across digital platforms, manages budgets and timelines, and evaluates new tools and channels to enhance outreach.
  • This position collaborates with marketing, communications, enrollment, and academic units to align digital media efforts with institutional goals.
