Job Summary

Own and scale the D2C marketing machine end to end, blending AI-native content, optimization, and data storytelling to drive revenue, conversions, and retention across channels.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and optimize brand, email, web content, SEO/GEO/AEO, and paid campaigns.
  • Architect AI-enabled workflows and predictive analytics to improve segmentation, lead acquisition, and campaign performance.
  • Coach and model AI driven decision making while maintaining data quality and cross-system reporting with Salesforce, HubSpot, and BI tools.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop an integrated marketing campaign team and data analysts to drive AI-native performance.
  • Define and execute the D2C digital marketing and analytics strategy aligned to revenue, conversions, acquisition, and retention.
  • Serve as internal authority on digital marketing best practices, AI tools, and data-driven decision making.
  • Partner with leadership across engineering, product, sales, UX, payments, and delivery to align strategy with execution.
  • Lead the team's adoption of AI tools and methodologies across content, optimization, analytics, and reporting.
  • Architect AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual effort and raise marketing quality.
  • Apply ML and AI-driven analytics to optimize campaigns, segmentation, and lead acquisition.
  • Stay ahead of AI, GEO, AEO, and SEO trends and translate them into the D2C competitive edge.
  • Own end-to-end digital marketing strategy across brand, email, web content, SEO/GEO/AEO, and paid digital.
  • Lead campaign planning and ensure cohesive customer journey from website to email.
  • Oversee the D2C website strategy with content teams, ensuring accuracy and alignment to campaign goals.
  • Oversee the lead acquisition pipeline from digital touchpoints and CRM integration through HubSpot.
  • Own the analytics function with GA, GTM, Search Console, SEMrush, and BI tools for actionable insights.
  • Oversee monthly and quarterly client-facing performance decks to illustrate performance drivers and trends.
  • Define and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for D2C performance across revenue, conversion, and channels.
  • Leverage data across CRM, marketing automation, and web analytics to connect insights and deliver cross-functional reporting.
  • Ensure data quality, pipeline reliability, and alignment between raw data sources and reporting with engineering and BI.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, or a combined marketing and data leadership role, with demonstrated business impact.
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams spanning marketing and analytics functions.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing — including email, SEO/GEO/AEO, content strategy, and campaign management — with a strong grasp of how each discipline interconnects.
  • Strong hands-on experience with web analytics and marketing platforms: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, SEMrush, HubSpot, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Demonstrated track record of leveraging AI-powered tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, or similar) to materially improve team efficiency, automate workflows, and elevate insight generation and marketing output.
  • Experience with lead acquisition strategy and CRM integration, with the ability to connect marketing execution to measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for executive and client audiences.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing across functions and levels.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Nice to Have

  • Experience applying machine learning, predictive modeling, or advanced analytics to marketing or business intelligence use cases.
  • Familiarity with the automotive, insurance, or vehicle protection industry — or demonstrated ability to quickly ramp on industry-specific metrics and client expectations.
  • Experience in a D2C, e-commerce, or high-growth digital environment.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization.
  • Master\'s degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
