- Own multi-channel paid programs including Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and emergent channels with a data-driven testing framework.
- Lead SEO architecture, content priorities, and AI surface optimization to improve organic visibility and health-topic discovery.
Job Description
- Own paid digital programs across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging acquisition channels
- Develop and manage campaign strategies across audience architecture, creative testing, bidding, budget allocation, and performance optimization
- Set clear ROAS, CAC, CPL, and conversion goals and hold campaigns accountable to measurable business outcomes
- Audit accounts regularly to identify inefficiencies, performance gaps, and opportunities for scale
- Build a testing framework that produces meaningful insights and improves performance over time
- Lead YouTube, paid video, and CTV acquisition strategy with a clear understanding of how video supports both awareness and conversion
- Partner with Creative to develop briefs rooted in performance data, customer insights, and channel specific best practices
- Evaluate new platforms and growth opportunities with a disciplined ROI lens and clear testing hypotheses
- Ensure creative performance learnings are shared across marketing, creative, and eCommerce teams
- Own SEO strategy across keyword architecture, content priorities, technical SEO, and organic search performance
