Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Develop People: Supervise, manage, and build up functional owners within a high-performing team of four, including three senior managers overseeing High-Touch/ABM, Inbound, and Digital Sales/Self-Service segments.
  • Establish Operational Swim Lanes: Centralize campaign workflows to eliminate ownership ambiguity, establishing clear accountability chains and accelerating GTM program delivery.
  • Own Pipeline & Performance: Shift focus from baseline execution to direct ownership of pipeline targets and revenue performance metrics, partnering heavily with cross-functional Sales Directors to defend and grow top accounts.
  • Orchestrate Multi-Channel Budgets: Direct the global digital media spend, continuously optimizing paid/organic channels, testing new ad formats, and tracking website conversion metrics.
  • Drive AI-First Automation: Scale programmatic plays, lifecycle triggers, and automated conversion logic to seamlessly transition self-service users from sign-up to active spenders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner deeply with central .com teams, Product Marketing, Events, and Brand teams to align high-level corporate strategies with tactical growth goals.

Requirements

  • People Management: Proven experience in a dedicated people manager role, specifically supervising, managing, and developing a team of senior individual contributors or managers.
  • GTM & Account Accountability: Comprehensive background designing and executing B2B demand generation strategies, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM), thematic and verticalized inbound marketing, and digital lifecycle programs.
  • Direct Funnel & Budget Ownership: Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel digital media budgets, driving full-funnel marketing attribution, and optimizing MQL-to-SQL conversion paths.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: A track record of partnering successfully with enterprise Sales leadership, Product Marketing, Events, Field, and Brand teams to establish clear, metric-driven models.
  • MarTech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., SFDC, Marketo) alongside automated lifecycle workflows and AI-driven workflow tools.

Preferred

  • Agile Workflows: Familiarity with building scalable template libraries and agile asset management systems to prevent custom design creep.
  • Vertical Experience: Experience navigating segment-specific dynamics, particularly within Public Sector (SLED), Credit Unions, Non-profit/Humanitarian Organizations or Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS).
  • Data Friction Resolution: Analytical capability focused on resolving lead ingestion delays, data tracking gaps, and executing advanced reporting via enterprise analytics tools like Tableau.

Benefits
