Responsibilities

• Process, transform, and validate client data files and external lists for direct mail production.
• Analyze campaign performance and generate client-facing insights and reporting.
• Maintain data integrity and support segmentation and targeting strategies.
• Lead execution of direct mail campaigns from data processing through print and mailing.
• Manage vendor relationships including printers, lettershops, and fulfillment partners.
• Conduct press checks and production quality reviews as required.
• Lead internal project traffic meetings and manage campaign timelines.
• Maintain project details and documentation in Teamwork project management software.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure on-time program execution.
• Work with IT partners to maintain secure data handling and storage protocols.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing direct mail programs in an agency, production, or client environment
• Deep understanding of commercial print production and direct mail workflows
• Experience working with bank core system data or complex customer datasets
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience working with vendors and managing production schedules

Preferred

• Microsoft Access or similar database tools
• Python or automation experience
• Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and reporting
