Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Program operations. Help modernize and run a customer advocacy program, with clear intake, prioritization, governance, and routing.

  • Shared visibility. Maintain a coordinated view of customer engagements, owners, status, and planned activations.
  • Customer evidence and storytelling. Support production teams and develop compelling, business-value-led case studies, videos, proof points, executive stories, and reference assets that can be reused across channels.
  • Activation and amplification. Work with brand, campaign, events, communications, executives, and field teams to bring customer stories into high-visibility moments and sustained social amplification.
  • Cross-functional coordination. Align stakeholders and partners on priorities, engagement guardrails, and next actions; surface overlaps and dependencies to keep work moving.
  • Measurement and optimization . Track investments, production, utilization, reach, and business impact; share regular reporting and use insights to improve the program.
  • Vendor execution. Coordinate with agencies and production partners to deliver consistent, high-quality work on time and within approved budgets.
  • Systems builder. You build durable, repeatable programs and operate them at scale.
  • Customer-obsessed. You treat advocates as partners and protect the customer experience in every activation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience.

Preferred

  • Experience activating customers across marketing touchpoints and campaigns – both large scale and targeted.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to scale content creation and advocacy operations.
  • Experience operating in a large, global, matrixed organization. 8+ years of marketing experience in enterprise technology, cloud, or SaaS, including substantial time in customer marketing, customer advocacy, customer reference, or customer-evidence roles.
  • Demonstrated track record of producing compelling customer stories across formats (written, video, and stage), with published examples you can share.
  • Proven ability to influence and align cross-functionally across sales, product marketing, brand, and communications without direct authority.
  • Direct experience working with sales and field teams to source and activate deal-win customer stories, including formalizing how the field feeds the storytelling pipeline.
  • Experience standing up sustained social amplification programs (e.g., executive and employee advocacy on LinkedIn) and translating customer wins into business-value and ROI narratives.
  • Excellent writing, editorial, storytelling, and executive communication skills.
  • A balance of operational rigor and creativity where you build durable processes and bring a strong creative point of view.
