Job Summary

Own the messaging engine for organic growth, shaping tone, copy, and across-channel engagement to convert and deepen relationships.

  • Growth Messaging: Overhaul CRM/email/SMS/in-app copy to be value-driven and relationship-focused.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Product, Design, Growth, and Insights to drive trust and long-tail conversion.
  • Brand Voice & Launch Momentum: Define tone and craft launch communications that energize the brand.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Overhaul existing customer communications, including CRM, email, SMS, and in-app copy, making messaging value-additive and relationship-driven
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights to build trust, engagement, and long-tail conversion
  • Define and implement a tone of voice across all organic surfaces in partnership with the CEO
  • Develop and drive customer growth and brand affinity through producing additional creative organic content (e.g., social media) as scope expands
  • Create messaging that makes people feel something and take notice, transforming dry topics into engaging copy
  • Shape messaging for feature launches and ongoing communications to build enthusiasm and trust around the brand
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in creative marketing with a focus on organic growth and a copy lean
  • Proven track record with organic channels like email, SMS, and social
  • Experience working with consumer brands
  • A portfolio showcasing both your writing and creative craft
  • Bachelor\'s Degree

  • T-shaped marketer with copywriting, audience development and product positioning skills
  • Experience with social media landscape and community dynamics (e.g., Reddit)
