Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Velocity & Operations: Process Engineering: Design and implement a scalable end-to-end creative workflow (from brief to delivery) that minimizes bottlenecks and maximizes asset throughput.
  • AI-Accelerated Workflows: Build and manage an "AI-first" creative stack to exponentially increase production speed. This includes using generative AI for rapid storyboarding, localized copy variations, and automated extensions to keep the creative engine running.
  • Approval Frameworks: Establish clear, tiered approval gates that empower creatives to move fast while ensuring stakeholder approval.
  • Performance Optimization: Partner with the Paid Media teams to analyze creative performance data.
  • Asset Automation: Oversee the implementation of templated systems (e.g., Figma, Adobe CC, or Digital Asset Management platforms) to enable channel teams.
  • Creative Leadership & Strategy: Visionary Direction: Set the North Star for the brand’s visual and verbal identity, ensuring it resonates with technical B2B buyers and C-suite stakeholders alike.
  • Campaign Architecture: Lead the conceptual development of integrated campaigns, ensuring channel consistency from high-level brand awareness down to low-funnel ads.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Act as the primary creative partner for leadership and Marketing, translating complex ideas into simplified, compelling market narratives.
  • Team Management & Orchestration: Multidisciplinary Mentorship: Manage and grow a core team of copywriters, designers, and videographers.
  • Contractor Ecosystem: Build and manage a "bench" of specialized contractors and agencies.
  • Resource Allocation: Dynamically manage the creative budget and roadmap, balancing internal bandwidth with external spend to meet fluctuating demand.
