Job Summary

Own the design and content lifecycle for client-facing collateral, guiding creative direction from concept to production while managing proposals and client relationships.

Creative & Design Execution: Own custom design projects from brainstorming through final production and supervise designers.
Content & Platform Ownership: Develop and maintain content across multiple platforms aligned to business goals.
Bid Management & Client Relationships: Oversee proposals, edit RFP Q&A for reuse, and manage client touchpoints and outputs.

Job Description

Develop creative print and presentation solutions tailored to client needs and marketing objectives, converting goals into effective strategies and overseeing production of collateral.
Lead all phases of custom design projects, from brainstorming and concept development to final production, providing creative direction and supervising designers on complex projects.
Create visual assets that support sales pitches, marketing campaigns, and business development efforts while participating in bid meetings to align output with client expectations.
Develop, improve, and maintain content across various platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies.
Manage and support client relationships, oversee the proposal process from start to finish, and edit RFP Q&A content for reuse in future bids.
Lead and train teams, foster a positive work culture, work closely with multiple departments, and implement workflow improvements and new technologies to ensure high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
