Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the AI Content Revolution: Act as the SME in the content-focused workstream of a digital transformation + radical website redesign project.
Drive Breakthrough Work Results: Author and review deliverables, ensuring elite standards and scalable production pipelines.
Client & Internal Leadership: Serve as a trusted consultant for Directors and VPs, mentoring 2+ strategists.
Business Accountability & Scoping: Scope content workstreams for large-scale engagements, defining value, timeline, and resources.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in content strategy or experience design, with leadership of B2B or enterprise transformation projects.
Relentlessly curious about AI; understands RAG, semantic chunking, and metadata schemas affecting LLM precision.
Gravitas to navigate matrixed organizations and draft writing guidelines for content pieces.
Views content as structured data and modular systems; experience with Adobe AEM or similar CMS; strong taxonomy and metadata knowledge.
Proven ability to get things done through others; excels at collaboration and directing cross-functional teams.
