Job Summary

Drive strategic content transformation for a global advisory brand, leading content strategy and governance on large-scale engagements.

  • Own scoping and leadership of multimarket content workstreams for $500k+ engagements.
  • Must-have: 8+ years in enterprise content strategy with governance and migrations.
  • Standout: Adobe AEM, modular content modeling, and cross-functional leadership.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the AI Content Revolution: Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the content-focused workstream of a digital transformation + radical website redesign project. Level-up the DEPT® POV to define what content strategy means when users expect instant, conversational answers. You will help us pitch and test new formats, modalities, and distribution strategies that blow the competition out of the water.
  • Drive Breakthrough Work Results: You will jump in mid-stream to author and review deliverables, ensuring they meet the elite standards of a global advisory brand. Consider not only the up-front strategy, but also follow through to see measurable results by considering content governance models, content migration strategies, content quality evaluations and auditing, and scalable, automated production pipelines.
  • Client & Internal Leadership: Serve as a trusted consultant for Director and VP level stakeholders, translating complex modular content schemas into clear business value. Internally, you will provide oversight for 2+ strategists and informal mentorship across the department.
  • Business Accountability & Scoping: Lead the scoping of content workstreams, accurately defining the value, timeline, and resources required for large-scale ($500k+) engagements. You will contribute to growth efforts and service definition to ensure DEPT® remains at the cutting edge of content strategy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in content strategy or experience design, with a proven track record of leading B2B or enterprise business transformation projects, including governance models, approvals, and multimarket workflows as well as largescale content migration, auditing, and transformation.
  • You are "relentlessly curious" about AI. You understand the mechanics of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), semantic chunking, and how metadata schemas influence LLM precision.
  • You have the gravitas to navigate complex, matrixed organizations. You can hold your own in a boardroom and then roll up your sleeves to draft writing guidelines for content pieces.
  • You see content not as pages, but as structured data and modular systems. Must have experience with Adobe AEM or similar CMS, and expert-level knowledge of content modeling, taxonomy, and metadata structure.
  • You know how to "get sh*t done" through others. You excel at collaboration, delegation, and directing craft counterparts (designers, engineers, SEOs) to drive integrated plans.

Benefits

  • Healthcare, Dental, and Vision coverage
  • 401k plan, plus matching
  • PTO
  • Paid Company Holidays
  • Parental Leave
