Job Summary

Own the community marketing and referral engine to drive census growth by building and sustaining partnerships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and senior services; coordinate events, outreach, and materials while partnering with the Admissions Director to ensure timely follow-up and a mission-centered presence.

  • Growth through local partnerships: hospitals, case managers, senior centers, and community organizations to originate referrals.
  • Event-led engagement: on-site tours, family meetings, health fairs, and outreach appointments aligned with census goals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive community marketing and referral strategy that supports census goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, case managers, senior centers, and community organizations.
  • Represent Elizabeth Park at community events, health fairs, networking meetings, and professional gatherings.
  • Oversee on-site marketing tours, family engagement meetings, and outreach appointments.
  • Create effective marketing materials, digital content, and referral outreach tools.
  • Track and analyze referral trends, outreach activity, and comparator landscape.
  • Collaborate closely with the Admissions Director to ensure timely follow-up with referral sources.
  • Maintain a professional, mission-centered presence that reflects our commitment to quality care.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, community outreach, or nursing home admissions/marketing
  • Strong understanding of referral networks within long-term care, subacute rehab, and senior services
  • Exceptional communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable representing the facility in a variety of professional settings
  • Creative thinker with the ability to plan events and develop marketing materials
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
