Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to inbound inquiries across email, LinkedIn, and website contact forms.
  • Triage incoming communications by priority and route to organizational leadership when needed.
  • Manage volunteer applications, initial screening, and onboarding communications.
  • Maintain a tracking system for all inbound contacts, status, and follow-up cadence.
  • Coordinate with the Director of Institutional Partnerships and Director of Digital Communications to align community engagement with outreach and content efforts.
  • Draft templated responses for common inquiry types to maintain consistent and professional first-touch communications.

Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills with professional and warm tone.
  • Highly responsive with ability to manage multiple inbound channels simultaneously.
  • Self-directed with ability to prioritize without daily oversight.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in community management, customer service, or stakeholder communications.
  • Interest in cognitive science, motorsport, or education.
  • Familiarity with email management tools or CRM systems.
  • Experience onboarding or coordinating volunteers.
