Lead cross-functional social media, moderation, creativity, and marketing communications for the Apex Talent Initiative Academy, shaping executive-level strategy and brand-aligned campaigns.

  • Own cross-functional social, content, and brand communications across teams.
  • Demonstrate leadership in coordinating influencer partnerships and campaign reviews.
  • Executive-level communications strategy with broad cross-functional alignment.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Social Media, Moderation, Creativity, and Marketing teams
  • Develop executive-level communications strategy and cross-functional alignment
  • Oversee content planning, scheduling, and brand alignment
  • Guide campaign development and performance review sessions
  • Coordinate influencer marketing and partnership opportunities
  • Mentor and provide feedback to team participants
  • Collaborate with Academy leadership on high-visibility initiatives
  • Develop and execute Academy-wide communications strategies

Preferred

  • Experience or passion for social media, marketing, content creation, or branding
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative vision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience or strong interest in digital marketing and social platforms
  • Ability to lead and mentor participants in a collaborative environment
  • Attention to detail, brand consistency, and analytics-driven decision making
