Job Description

Canvassing Manager – High Tide Home Pros St Petersburg / Southwest FloridaHome Improvement & Remodeling

High Tide Home Pros is hiring a proven Canvassing Manager to build, train, and lead a high-performance door-to-door canvassing team for our rapidly growing home improvement company.

We specialize in:

  • One-Day Bathrooms
  • Roofing
  • Windows & Doors
  • Siding
  • Flood Protection

This is NOT an office babysitting position.
We are looking for a true field leader who knows how to:

  • recruit
  • train
  • motivate
  • manage KPIs
  • hold people accountable
  • and produce consistent appointments every week.

If your team cannot produce, this is not the position for you.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Recruiting and hiring canvassers weekly
  • Training new hires in the field
  • Running daily morning meetings
  • Managing neighborhood strategy and territories
  • Tracking KPIs and performance
  • Coaching setters live in the field
  • Creating a competitive, high-energy culture
  • Driving consistent booked appointments for our sales team
  • Managing confirmations and improving sit rates
  • Holding underperformers accountable

Required Experience

  • Door-to-door canvassing management experience REQUIRED
  • Home improvement industry experience preferred
  • Experience managing appointment-setting teams
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to recruit and retain canvassers
  • KPI-driven mindset
  • Must be willing to work in the field, not behind a desk

  • Recruit consistently
  • Maintain active field presence
  • Hit weekly appointment goals
  • Improve sit rates
  • Improve team performance weekly
  • Track and report KPIs daily

Compensation

  • Base Salary + Bonuses
