Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to achieve revenue goals and increase patient volume
• Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, payers, and other key stakeholders in the community
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure alignment between business development efforts and clinical operations
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, as well as compiling and analyzing competitive data within assigned geographical regions
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential referral sources and payers to promote the center's services and create lasting relationships
• Submits timely CRM data, expense reports, annual strategic sales plans and quarterly strategic sales plan updates
• Be the primary point of contact for all potential referral sources and work closely with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare business development in substance use treatment or behavioral health required

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
