Your Job

The Physician Liaison will be responsible forbuilding referral source relationships with an emphasis on hospital accounts. The ideal candidate will understand how to position our company in the most favorable light and establish us at the preferred referral choice. The Physician Liaison will be operating in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

Your Responsibilities

  • Regularly and customarily spends majority of his/her time engaged in growing referral sources.
  • Maintains a thorough knowledge of the centers products, services, capabilities and physician relations.
  • Maintains a thorough knowledge of the centers products, services, capabilities and physician relations
  • duties, responsibilities and activities may change or assigned at any time with or without notice
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our Medical Directors and physician partners
  • Work with Business Development Leadership on program development and growth strategies
  • Evaluates market data and competitive information to strengthen referral source relationships
  • Build referral relationships and generate census growth
  • Knowledge in Value based reimbursement is preferred
  • Experience in B2B C-suite level sales

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, health care or related business field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years direct sales experience targeted to physicians, hospital personnel and case managers preferred.
  • Proven success in personally developing referrals for a medical product from health care target markets (physicians, hospitals and case managers).
  • Evidence of a local referral network from which to develop referrals.
