Responsibilities

• Marketing & Outreach
• Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to enhance program awareness and enrollment.
• Partner with our national marketing office on digital marketing, social media, and content creation to promote the program’s services.
• Represent Devereux Texas League City at conferences, community events, and networking engagements.
• Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for growth, differentiation and adapt strategies accordingly to ensure consistent referral volume in alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with finance, admissions, and contracting to develop new funding partnerships.
• Lead marketing initiatives to include developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase program visibility, build payer and referral agency relationships, and drive referrals.
• Business Development:
• Analyze market demands and the highly competitive landscape to identify and pursue new revenue sources nationwide.
• Respond to business opportunities, including RFPs, with superior writing and innovative thinking. Manage final stage of the sales cycle including negotiation and contract signing.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; Masters Degree preferred in Health Care, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Communications, Human Services, Education, Organizational Leadership or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of extensive experience in marketing, admissions or business development experience, preferably in the autism/IDD/behavioral health space.
• Proven ability to independently develop and implement marketing and sales strategies that successfully drove growth and engagement.
• Excellent writing and communication skills. A relationship-builder!
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization with local and remote stakeholders is required.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Preferred

• Masters Degree preferred in Health Care, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Communications, Human Services, Education, Organizational Leadership or Business Administration.
