Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns that support recruiting, financial professional acquisition, and firm growth initiatives.
  • Partner with Business Development leadership, recruiters, and cross-functional teams to translate growth priorities into effective marketing programs, messaging, and tools.
  • Develop and manage annual marketing plans and budgets aligned with business development objectives and firm growth strategies.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Business Development Marketing team, setting priorities, managing workflow, and supporting associate development through coaching and feedback.
  • Measure, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to enhance marketing effectiveness, processes, service standards, and overall support for business development efforts.
  • Oversee the planning and marketing support for recruiting and business development events, including Cambridge-sponsored events and growth-focused initiatives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor on business development marketing, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to advance firm growth objectives.

Requirements

  • - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 99 is required within12 months.
