Job Summary

Own brand storytelling and guest experience on property by coordinating across departments, influencer/content programs, and home office assets to keep Stay Golden aligned with the locale and guest journey.

  • Brand & guest experience ownership: unify F&B, spa, rooms, events, and sales storytelling and on-site delivery.
  • Content capture and local storytelling: drive on-site shoots, influencer visits, and a reusable asset library for home office use.
  • Execution alignment: manage the marketing calendar, asset deployment, and cross-department inputs to ensure timely, cohesive campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Stewardship & Guest Experience Alignment - Maintain and elevate the property's brand identity across all guest and operational touchpoints.
  • Brand Stewardship & Guest Experience Alignment - Collaborate with F&B, Spa, Rooms, Events, and Sales teams to ensure brand-aligned storytelling and experience delivery.
  • Brand Stewardship & Guest Experience Alignment - Identify unique elements of the property, destination, and guest experience that strengthen the brand narrative.
  • Brand Stewardship & Guest Experience Alignment - Ensure local marketing materials (collateral, signage, menus, displays) reflect approved brand standards.
  • Brand Stewardship & Guest Experience Alignment - Serve as the on-property steward of the Stay Golden loyalty program, ensuring the experience remains curated, differentiated, and aligned with the brand and destination.
  • Commercial Alignment - Partner with the on-property revenue team to monitor booking trends and opportunity gaps.
  • Commercial Alignment - Ensure all on-property activations from seasonal offers to food and beverage events are designed to convert guest interest into leisure room nights and ancillary spend.
