- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring the facility meets all licensing requirements and regulatory standards, which may involve regular inspections and documentation.
- Community Engagement: Fostering a welcoming environment and often involving community outreach and marketing efforts.
- Crisis Management: Addressing any emergencies or issues that arise promptly and effectively.
Requirements
- Educational Requirements Minimum of a LALD Licensing through MN LONG TERM CARE SERVICES.
- Job Skills: Strong leadership, attention to detail and analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, state regulations follow through.
