Job Summary

Own the AI driven marketing measurement roadmap and turn complex analytics into marketer friendly tools that prove cross channel impact and business value.

  • Own the measurement roadmap, dashboards, and real time insights for paid, earned, shared, and owned channels.
  • Translate AI/ML outputs into practical workflows for brand marketers, CMOs, and agencies tied to ROI and business outcomes.
  • Partner with GTM and data teams to define adoption KPIs and advance attribution, MMM, and incrementality standards.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the AI-driven marketing measurement roadmap and vision, aligning with business strategy and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with data science and engineering to design scalable measurement methods across paid, earned, owned, including incrementality testing, attribution modeling, and ROI forecasting.
  • Translate complex concepts into marketer-friendly tools and insights for brand marketers, agency planners, CMOs, and industry verticals.
  • Lead industry collaborations to set next-gen measurement standards for creative/media effectiveness and cross-channel attribution.
  • Identify risks and mitigation strategies, ensure privacy compliance and data governance in all development.
  • Drive cross-functional teams to deliver UX for dashboards, reporting APIs, and real‑time insights.
  • Monitor AI, marketing analytics, and ad measurement trends to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with GTM and customer success to shape go-to-market and feedback-driven improvements.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for adoption and business impact of AI-driven measurement capabilities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management or product leadership experience, ideally in ad tech, martech, or marketing analytics platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of media measurement methodologies, including MTA, MMM, and causal/incrementality testing.
  • Experience building or integrating complex AI/ML-driven products with proven value creation.
  • Strong background in MarTech or AdTech, with familiarity in programmatic media, campaign optimization, CDPs, and creative automation.
  • Familiarity with advertising ecosystem dynamics, including DSPs, SSPs, CDPs, marketing clouds, and agency workflows.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML, APIs, and developer platforms; ability to translate capabilities into differentiated user experiences in marketing apps.
  • Familiarity with data processing and visualization tools and deep learning frameworks; experience with model ops and agentic frameworks.
  • Strong execution background with a track record of shipping complex platform products.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence at executive and technical levels.
  • Experience with SQL and/or Python for data programming.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
