Own end-to-end senior living sales: from lead qualification and tours to move-ins, while nurturing relationships with families and referral partners, and driving an annual sales plan with a strong emphasis on pipeline health and collaboration with leadership.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the community’s sales efforts to achieve and maintain established occupancy and revenue goals.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry through tour, follow-up, decision-making, and move-in.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to telephone, online, walk-in, and referral inquiries.
  • Conduct personalized tours for prospective residents and their families.
  • Build meaningful relationships with prospects and families while helping them understand their senior living options.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects throughout the decision-making process.
  • Develop strategies to convert leads into tours, deposits, and move-ins.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified prospective residents.
  • Coordinate closely with the Executive Director and community leadership team regarding prospective residents and upcoming move-ins.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional referral relationships throughout the local community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of successful sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Independent Living, senior living, healthcare, home health, hospice, skilled nursing, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales, census, occupancy, or revenue goals.
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills.
  • Experience developing professional referral networks.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls, conducting outside sales visits, networking, and asking for the sale.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business technology.
