Job Summary

Drive field operations for canvassing teams, ensuring safety, coverage, and timely reporting while coordinating with management on area targeting and lead presentation execution.

  • Field operations and safety: train squad, maintain daily activity rhythm, and act as emergency contact
  • Area planning and lead presentation: partner with managers to assign canvassing zones and deliver pre-qualifying homeowner pitches
  • Delivery and reporting: provide daily lead, appointment, and hours data to keep the team accountable

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and provide field training to members of the canvassing team
  • Responsible for the safety and sustainment of scheduled daily activities of the team
  • Ensures operational coverage during peak times and maintains responsiveness to dynamic business needs
  • Maintain open communication with the Direct Marketing Manager throughout the day
  • Responsible for being the point of contact in case of an emergency
  • Master and deliver a pre-qualifying lead presentation to prospective homeowners
  • Partner with Direct Marketing Manager to assign and canvas target market areas
  • Providing daily reporting of leads, appointments and hours worked
  • Complete necessary paperwork and email correspondence promptly and accurately
  • Attend , and at times, lead, mandatory team trainings and meetings

Requirements

  • Must be current Northern Tier Team Member
  • 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred equivalent
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation and maintain current, valid commercial/personal auto liability insurance meeting the company’s minimum coverage requirements ($100,000 per person/$300,000 per accident). Continued employment in this role is contingent upon maintaining these credentials
  • Ability to make rational decisions

  • Excellent communication skills and goal oriented
