Job Summary

Drive front-line consumer engagement by promoting products in-store, answering questions, and nurturing relationships while collaborating with teammates to hit sales targets and learn leadership skills.

In-store Promotion: Represent brands and run marketing campaigns to move products and capture leads.
Sales & Relationships: Generate inquiries, drive acquisitions, and maintain positive customer relationships.
Team Learning: Participate in daily training to strengthen sales, leadership, and communication capabilities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Engage with customers face-to-face in a retail environment to promote current products, services, and promotions
Educate potential customers and answer questions with professionalism and confidence
Represent client brands through in-store marketing campaigns and promotional events
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships
Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and consumer relations
Generate leads, drive sales, and support customer acquisition efforts
Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team performance goals
Participate in daily training sessions focused on sales, leadership, and communication development

Requirements

0–1 year of experience in customer service, retail, marketing, or sales preferred, but not required
Paid training provided for all entry-level hires
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with a student mentality and willingness to learn
Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in fast-paced environments
