Job Description

Responsibilities

Identifies customer kitting needs and growth opportunities across key product segments.
Drives kitting strategy and execution for Hospital Care in the US and Canada working with cross‑functional partners (i.e. OEM, Distribution, Product Marketing, etc).
Strengthens partnerships with major kitters to support business expansion.
Evaluates kitter performance and aligns incentives to accelerate segment growth.
Advocates for the strategic value and resource needs of kitter channels.
The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of Marketing experience within the medical device industry.
5 years of people management experience.
5 years of direct kitting expereince
Occasional business travel required, Valid driver's license and passport, Secrecy and invention agreement and non-compete agreement
