Job Description

Own and optimize digital marketing and social media programs for the bank, coordinating content, campaigns, and cross-functional delivery to drive engagement and reach.

Content Creation: Designing and copywriting digital marketing and internal communications
Create, monitor, and optimize social media campaigns
Use CMS to update Bank website, including the creation of new pages
Analytics & Optimization: Monitoring KPIs like engagement rates and audience demographics to refine strategy and boost reach
Cross Functional Support: Coordination of email marketing campaigns; creation of content as directed, list management
Support branch network; digital materials, local marketing initiatives
